Everyone is bound to have a bad night once in a while, mine was lst weekend when I drack 1/2 a box of wine! Get right back up and start the day new! The sweets are the worst, you need to cut them out for a while. Try to choose a small piece of dark chocolate. Sue
Good Morning Heather, Thursday's are my get on the scale day. I have lost only .10 lbs this week, but it is 'that time of the month.' I have been trying to change my eating style for 4 weeks now and am down 4.10lbs total. I think I missed a lot of water this week! Sue
